This camp consists of exciting agility training that is fun for all involved.
The workout is designed to enhance the speed, agility and endurance of your growing child.
Improve anaerobic endurance.
Improve football specific conditioning: anaerobic skill work.
SPEED / AGILITY
Technique improvement.
Maintain proper mechanics when tired.
Acceleration improvement.
Change of direction improvement (open/closed skill agility).
Position specific skill improvement.
FLEXIBILITY
Decreases injury potential.
Dynamic warm-ups performed before all strength or conditioning workouts
